Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zentrr's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to: use the services for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; transmit malicious code; or interfere with other users' use of the services.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create through our platform. You grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the services. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. See our pricing page for current rates.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Enterprise customers may have SLA agreements with specific uptime guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
